Jodie

I am a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 25 years of experience. I received my dental hygiene degree from Prairies State College. I am committed to providing gentle, high-quality care focusing on prevention, education, and long-term oral health. I am dedicated to my profession and keeping up to date on advances in the field of dental hygiene through continuing education exceeding the state requirements.

I live in Mokena with my husband and our dog, and I am a proud mother of three grown sons. Outside the office, I enjoy cooking, spending time with my family, and taking vacations to warm sunny destinations.

I have spent my entire career at this office. I truly value the lasting relationships I have built with my patients and coworkers.

Theresa

Theresa Wozniak earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Loyola University and her Dental Hygiene degree from Prairie State College. She has been a licensed dental hygienist since 2010 and is fluent in English and Polish. 

Theresa is dedicated to providing individualized care by tailoring prevention plans to meet each patient’s unique needs. She focuses on helping patients set realistic, achievable goals while emphasizing the vital connection between oral health, overall wellness and quality sleep. 

Outside the office, Theresa enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.
